EPR Clear is a service and brand operated by:

Athanix OÜ is the entity you contract with when you use EPR Clear, the controller of the account data we hold about you, and the provider responsible for the Service.

VAT

Athanix OÜ is not currently subject to VAT collection. Where taxes apply to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, computes them automatically from your billing location and they appear at the point of order.

Brands and intellectual property

EPR Clear is a brand of Athanix OÜ. The eprclear.com domain and the Service software are operated by Athanix OÜ. All rights reserved except as granted in our Terms of Service. Register data shown on verification surfaces belongs to its publishers (the national producer registers) and is reused under their terms, with attribution where required.

Governing law

The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Estonia (European Union), as set out in those Terms.

  • Imprint: provider identification as required by the EU e-commerce rules.
